Backdrop

C&S was formed in February, 2001 as 50:50 joint venture between Computer Associates International, Inc, USA and Satyam Computer Services, India.

C&S is a wholly owned subsidiary of Satyam consequent upon Satyam acquiring 50% stake from CAI in September, 2008.

C&S will leverage on the strengths of its parent to provide world class IT solutions to its customers.

Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: "SAY"), is a leading global consulting and IT services company that offers a wide array of solutions for a range of key verticals and horizontals. Starting from IT strategy consulting right through to implementing IT solutions for clients, Satyam straddles this entire space.
